FAQs

  • HAIR LIFETIME
The longevity of your wig mainly depends on the daily and overall care given to the hair.
Here are some tips for you:
Pre-wash : Before shampooing, gently remove tangles from your hair products. Always use a mild shampoo or shampoo made specifically for chemically treated hair.
Shampoo : Do not soak. soaking may result in hair tangling. Once the hair is thoroughly wet, apply a small amount of shampoo; using your fingers, distribute the shampoo evenly through the hair.
Wash : Pass the hair under lukewarm (not hot) water. Gently work shampoo through hair, stroking downward from top to ends. Do not twist, rub or rub the hair.
Comb : While wet, comb hair gently to remove tangles. Using a large toothed comb, move down, away from the clips and out to the ends. Do not use a bristle brush on wet hair as it may tear or break it.
Rinsing : Rinse the 100% human hair wig under a gentle stream of cold water until no shampoo or lather remains. To avoid tangles, make sure the water runs from the cap to the ends of the hair. Remove excess water by gently dabbing with a towel.
Condition : Apply a small amount of conditioner, using your fingertips to distribute it evenly through the hair.
To dry : hang to air dry, put in rolls, or use a dryer on low speed, if desired. Your human hair products won't need washing as often as your own hair, only wash it when it starts to look dull and lifeless.
